The Bell School of Irish Dance will make every effort to maintain a normal class schedule provided that adverse weather conditions do not make doing so impossible or dangerous. Whether or not classes will be cancelled depends on an assessment of what the condition of the area roads is likely to be at the start of the day's classes.

For the North Hills location, cancellation is likely if both North Allegheny and North Hills school districts are closed. For the Greensburg location, cancellation is likely if both Hempfield and Greensburg-Salem school districts are closed. There may be unusual circumstances where these school districts are closed but the weather conditions are likely to improve substantially during the course of the day.

If you are unsure in any case, cancellations will be posted on the main school webpage o www.wpxi.com, WPXI TV (channel 11), or on the school's voicemail system. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL. Cancellations are typically not announced until 12:00 PM except in the worst conditions.
